I never had any good experiences with this company. The first time I used them they did not do a very good job of repairing my laptop and then charged me for it which was really unfair. Second time they did not even bother to come to my house - they just sent a technician who only repaired the laptop and didnt even bother to come back because he said that he couldnt find anything wrong with it. Third time the technician came out but he was really terrible and he charged me again for his services which was really unfair. Finally I contacted customer service and they told me that I should have just brought my laptop in to them instead of going through this guy because theres no way that you can get someone to do a good job when its just him trying to charge you money for something that he doesnt actually do.

I bought a laptop from fastitsolutions.com.au and within 2 days it was smashed into pieces The customer service is terrible and they wont do anything to help me because the laptop was warranty covered. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company The service is terrible the people are terrible and the work is definitely not worth it. I had to go to a nearby computer store to get my laptop fixed because they said fastitsolutions.com was their only source for that matter. Turns out they were wrong - there was another more reputable store in town with the same services and price. Do not use this company if you value your time or money - stay away from them at all cost

I just used this company for my laptop and computer. I am very disappointed with the service that I received. Thefastitsolutionscomau customer service was unprofessional and made me feel like a patient person. They didnt respond to my email when I was live chatting with them and they never got back to me. I produced my computer the very next day and inside of one hour had a new screen and whole desk fix. Im really unhappy With this yrs services from fastitsolutionscomau and will not be utilizing their services again.

I just bought a laptop and it was quick and easy to get it fixed. Fastitsolutionscomai needs more professional like they provide.The company fastitsolutions.com.au is all about making your computer repairs. However they dont seem to do anything unique with their services - just somebody coming by to fix your computer and illicit online activity. And the service is expensive - 2 a service out of every 100 spent on your computer. So if youre looking for something thats only concerned with fixing others computers then fastitsswerssolutionz will be less than effective for you.
