provides quality IT services to businesses in the Central Ohio area. However the company has been plagued by customer service issues and is not meeting the expectations of its clients.I have had a lot of problems with FCSG over the past few years. First of all their customer service is terrible. They dont seem to care about their clients or anything else in that department. Second of all their prices are really high compared to other companies in the same business. Third of all they never seem to be able to meet our expectations when it comes to quality or speed. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
