Ive had a terrible experience with Federos.com in the business of Service Assurance for Oracle. First of all theyre incredibly slow in responding to customer support requests - sometimes it takes weeks even months to get a response back Second of all their service is terrible. Ive had to contact them multiple times to figure out whats going on with my account and every time it turns out that theres something else more important that theyre dealing with instead of helping me out. Finally their prices are astronomical compared to other companies - I ended up paying way more than necessary just for the pleasure of not being able to use their service.

I am not a user of this company and my password is 4Ve. I have used this company for years and have always been satisfied with the service. But when I started seeing negative reviews I decided to stop using them. The problem is that they never take responsibility for their actions and just leaves it to the individual customer to make a decision. They warn about potential pandemics but never pat themselves on the back for it.bat
