I have never had such terrible customer service. I sent an email to their support and did not receive a response for over a week. After contacting them multiple times I finally got ahold of someone who said that my issue was handled but she would not tell me what happened to my email. She also told me that she could not help because the company was busy. Horrible experience overall

Its a scamThe company fernpunkt.com is in the business of providing software to help farmers improve their crops and increase yields but theyve finally convinced me that their product is nothing more than a scam. The first time I tried it the program didnt work at all - I had to go through a painstakingly long and tedious process just to get my crops up and running again. After countless unsuccessful attempts I gave up and stopped using the program altogether. If youre looking for any help with your agriculture endeavors avoid Fernpunkt at all cost

I have had trouble with this company before. They are never willing to give customers who have problems with their software the chance to come back for no reason. If you do not receive the package that you ordered please dont worry. We all make mistakes sometimes. However I would like to remind them that there are many other companies out there that will take care of your order as long as you provide contact information and tell them when and how often you want it delivered.The customer service here is a disaster. They do not seem to care about their customers. There has been at least one time where they did not respond to an email until after the product was already in the store And on top of that the price increase recently is Pancakes breakfast now whatI would avoid this company like the Others say because they sure dont worth it.

I have had trouble with this company before. They are accessible and always willing to help but I have not had any problems since they started doing their own thing. They offer a great software experience but when I tried using it for my business it took so long to get anything done it was frustrating. The customer service is great here but I would not recommend them at all.
