Fibertown is a terrible company. They are always quick to start a disaster recovery campaign but then quickly lose focus of what the customers needs are. Every time I call them they ask me to send them an email with my account information but never follow up. Finally they give me feedback that I should have sent them years ago. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im not sure what the problem is but I had a difficult time getting my order to come in since fibertown.com was down. I had to contact customer service all around the world and they were very responsive but it took a long time. The product that I ordered arrived however was defective. The end product was bad and looked like it would fall off the machine if it wasnt being used. We are since back in business because of this issue which is why were giving them a five star rating.
