nw is a terrible company.I have had to switch companies because Fidelisnw just cant keep up with their promises. First of all they never deliver on what they say they will do. Then when it comes time to actually use their services the quality of service is often poor and there are a lot of problems with how things are handled. Overall I would not recommend this company at all.

nw offers a poor experienceFidelisnw is not a good company. I have used them for both managed services and individual work and the experience has been consistently bad. They are always too busy to answer my questions or help me with my projects and their customer service is terrible. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

However only then do they provide live help when there is a problem and dont ask you how your service is doing until you give them the data. This makes it very difficult to like a company like FidelisNW because it seems like they want to up the value of their services but not follow through with what they promise.

They seem to think that passwords are important so they put them in a file and put it in a memory card even though no one ever uses the card and if you enter the password into the web page it says you never received an email about the password being changed. worst of all they are going to keep trying to sign in even though my account is inactive. total garbage FidelisOnline

Northwest is a company that provides quality service at a fair price. However Ive had several problems with their products and services and they are so sorry for any of the problems that you may have experienced. They sent me to a level two doctor which is not what is expected from a company my size. Im small enough that I dont have an issue with taking medications without asking but when I got a call from someone in the high school girls state championships let me tell you it made my day. The company takes pride in their work and they will never work with someone who doesnt want to be there.
