Fidelity Systems is a scam company. The first time I called the person on the other end was extremely unprofessional and did not offer me any help whatsoever. The second time I called they said that my computer had crashed and needed to be brought in for repair. They charged me almost 2000 for this service which did not even resolve my problem Do not trust this company

First of all their customer service is terrible. Second of all their prices are high compared to other companies in the same business. Avoid this company if you can

I have had some bad experiences with this company. Every time I have to call they are always available at the same time and say things like We will get you back but never do. They never do what they says they will do. I have called about services about problems about how my computer is being used and they still wont help me. They tell me its my computer not them so I should just trust them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just returned from Fidelity Systems in Cleveland Ohio. What a HORRIBLE experience The salesperson wasare amazing enough but the service is terrible. I had an incident where a file was properly created but when I contacted Fidelity Systems they said they couldnt do anything because it was their history of uses that had caught up with them. Wretched customer service this past week of May all together. Do not bother coming to any IT services again from now on.
