I was extremely disappointed with this company. Their Field Agent Solutions are terrible. The website is very outdated and difficult to navigate the software is incredibly slow to start up and the customer service is nonexistent. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. They are not able to do anything about the problems I am having with my store. Every time I try to speak to someone they seem like they dont want to listen and just tell me to email them or go talk to customer service. I would not recommend this company at all.

I am writing to you because I have been a field agent for company fieldagent.net for a little over a year now and I have to say that I am very impressed with the service. However there have been a few times where I have had to go above and beyond what is required of me in order to get a response from a potential client. Sometimes this requires more work than what is involved in sending an email or calling them. But again its the only way to get the response that you need. If you ever feel like youre not getting it done please let me know and I will see if I can help out. Thank you for your time
