Im not sure what this company is all about. I think its in the business of providing figuremd solutions for patients. However if this company is really what they work with then they have a lot of problems to get out of a good role. This company has a lot of problems with making customer satisfaction reviews feel like real reviews. For example when someone ratings a product they are supposed to give unbiased feedback. They arent doing that here. The reviewer can easily want to change their review so that they are giving help and advice instead of just rating the product. figmd.com also has a lot of bad reviews because they never try to be anything theyre not supposed to be. For example they never tries to make themselves as an authority on figuremd as much as they might want to do. They also constantly uses other peoples reviews as their own without taking into account that most times we read customer reviews directly from our
