I just brought over a negative review to Figs Solutions. I am not sure what the problem is but I think it deserves to be written down.The people who created thefigs solutions website seem to have very low standards when it comes to quality and service. Any time I try to use the website or do some of the other services that are offered I receive negative feedback. Its as if they are responsible for this type of customer service being taken no seriously at all.I have used every option available to get my order from their website and so on and off they go with positive reviews that could barely be true given the track record they have had in this business. The only thing that has coming back is a few thousand dollars worth ofology because I cant cover those costs myself still owe me on figs solutions by the way.This company needs to set up an immediately and fix the problems that are happening right now.
