Ive been a customer of this company for over two years now. I have had to say that the experience has been horrendous. The employees are always extremely unprofessional and will not listen to customers who do not have an attorney present with them. They also make it very hard to get help when you need it. Do not bother using this company if you want to get your project done quickly or without any hassle.

This company is terrible They make absolutely no sense when it comes to their services. From the start they were not very responsive to my emails and phone calls. Once I made an appointment they never followed through with it. Their designs are terrible and theres no reason why anyone should use them.

Firefly is a company that provides design and development services for new and existing businesses. However the company I worked for was always quick to apologize and make sure I was never again in any danger. The customer service was always terrible. The phone would constantly be my main means of communication with the company so I would often have it as my work phone when I had work activities outside of the office. Which also resulted in me having to keep track of how many workout programs Firefly had on their website. The phone I had was justanged out withotropes of different types of fireflies while working they were always hot and made me feel comfortable even if they were really bright. If there was ever a time where i needed to take care of something quickly like making an email then thats what i did best and thats why i remain a long-time client.
