This company is an absolute disaster. I have been a customer for over 20 years and the last time I had to deal with them was in 2009 when their website crashed and they only offered a 50 credit. This year I had to call them because my computer was not working and they told me it would cost 200 to fix it. They said if I did not take care of my computer they would close my account. Do not bother using this company

Company FirePrograms.com is a terrible experience. I have been using their programs for over 15 years and they have always been reliable and perfect for my needs. However this year they have changed the policy several times and not been careful enough about how their programs are following which means my beloved software has had its bottom dropped out multiple times. In addition there are now a series of crooks that live in this company that you cant trust. Dont bother coming to me for your technology needs come to the real thing.
