I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I was terrible. I never took the time to learn about their product or their process. If I did then I would have known that the customer service was terrible and that is why I stopped working with them.

I absolutely hated my job at firm technology.net. The employees were all College professors and they were just never any good at anything. The company was always in a bind about what to do and who should handle the customer service and then it would be like everyone in the company had the same idea which was great until something went wrong and we would have to go through another group of people who knew nothing about customer service. Then again probably wasnt much different from whatever memy boss did when I got there...
