DirecTV NOW has terrible customer service. I have to call them 4 times a day just to get my bill and they never seem to understand what I am asking. Plus their website is very outdated and difficult to navigate. Overall avoid this company if you can.

I have had the pleasure of working with firstcolumn.com before and I can tell you that they are nothing more than a distribution center for company websites. They do not even offer web design services anymore. In fact theyre now classified as resulting in the loss of business.The customer service is terrible and the support is non-existent. I had to contact them multiple times to get help with my website and I only had one person that would listen. The next time I called they said they couldnt find what I was looking for. And then they would not give me a solution again.I honestly think that it is best to avoid this company at all cost.
