Ive had a terrible experience with First Equipment Technical Services. I was contacted by their customer service representative after my laptop died and they said they could help me find a new one. They charged me 350 for the software that didnt work and then told me it would be another two months before I could get my new laptop. The whole thing was a scam.

First Equipment is a terrible company. They are always last on the list of people to call when theyre having a problem. And their services are usually really cheap. Sometimes I have to pay by card because First Equipment doesnt have no money in their account. They also dont give you a chance to contact them through the phone too.
