I WAS STRUCK BY THE QUALITY OF THEIR SOFTWARE AND THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL THAT I HAD WITH THEM BEFORE FALLINGAPART. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT YOU CAN STILL USE SOME OTHER COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY ON SOFTWARE.

First Line Software is a terrible company. They are always quick to start a customer service line but then never have any response time when they try to help me. Ive had to call them up multiple times to get my software and its all been sent back because of their lack of response time. Ive also had to send them money because they havent HORRIBLELEYMEMORIZED my order.I would not recommend First Line Software - Custom Software Solutions to anyone.
