This company is a complete shakedown. I ordered a mindbreeze PTC solution and got a total scam. They told me that the product was ready to ship but when I received it there were no tools or documentation anywhere to indicate that this was true. The entire experience was very dishonorable and made me avoid this company in the future.

I have had two problems with company fishbowlsolutions.coms service in the last week or so. The first was a help desk that didnt understand my English language skill set and was trying to figure out ways to help me with things I didnt want to say - which is not cool. The second was a problem with the site itself which is now preventing me from using it for my work on it. I would give them a combined loss of money and two stars because I dont think this is how you build a business.

This company is just a waste of time and money. The work that they do is on the small side and usually QC the fish before they are ready to go. They are not good at any kind of customer service and always feel like they can be better with what they do.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
