I was very disappointed with the quality of work done by company Fivedottwelve.com. I had to replace my phone 4 times because it would not hold a charge and now it is almost 3 months old and still has no charge. The developer who created the app for my phone also said that he could not fix it so I am out 100. Also there are other problems with this company too - one customer service agent told me that she did not receive a response to her email about a question about a software issue that was raised on their website. Another customer service agent said they were swamped and would only be able to help those who had paid for expedited services. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
