1 They are not creative.2 The website is terrible and you cant even find what youre looking for.3 There arent any prices listed for anything so you have no idea how much itll cost to get what you want.4 They wont ship anything to Alaska or Hawaii because they dont have the necessary shipping containers. 5 You can only buy prints and theres no way to make your own designs.

I just finished my first job at fivepackcreative.com and I can say that this company is terrible The employees are all customer service type people and when I asked for a Picasso image for an article I was told it was too expensive and couldnt be done because it was the wrong size. Other than that they would do anything to make me happy and then leave me feeling angry. But most importantly they have got me working on a new project in record timeI rate company fivepackcreative.com as a negative experience and will not be back here

I just sent a customer support call to company fivepackcreative.com and the customer service representative was very responsive. However I had a bad experience with it. The customer service representative was very responsive but when I asked for a refund she said that I needed to be family of two and at least have one person in the other side to make a four-person team. She also said that the site is not up to date with current trends so all my designs looked like Outsider T-shirts. Overall it was a really negative experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
