Do not use this company They are terrible at taking care of their customers. I had to get my benefits checked out by a different company because Fivepointsict never fulfilled my request for a copy of my records. Also the customer service is terrible.

Five Points ICT, Inc., Review Specifics:

Company fivepointisistic has terrible customer service. I started using their app once and it was a total success. The first time I used it I put in all of my information and got a response from my human resources department within minutes. However after using the app for about other than a month I received a call from someone at company headquarters regarding a claim ofinvoluntary leave without cause form 2009-09-01 which wasnt even founded on They were tell me that I had to have been using the app wrongfully as there was no link between my account and any type of chargeback program i.e. VISA or Mastercard. If youre not careful with your technology you can potentially lose your money by Usefulstuff.com too.The customer is lying when they say that they had companyfivepointsict.com years ago and it was a disaster. We have same customer service now and its much better but still bad because

Im extremely disappointed with company fivepointsit.com. It was everything I expected but something went wrong. We never received the forms we wanted and were forced to pay a large fee for them to be delivered to us. Also the customer service was terrible. They were always busy and had no idea what to do when we would ask for help. Overall this was a huge mistake and I would not recommend this site or its members to anyone.

Im not sure what this company does but its nothing to do with benefits or HR. This company is just a way to get people to share their views and ideas on well-needed toolsapps. Its nice that they seem to beossing onto the used tool market but Im not sure they can take out ads and actually make something work. I think the focus should be on making the tools more accessible and useful in general not just on looking good and with a particular product.
