I have used fixswift.com for years and never had a issue. But my experience there this year is being up against a rock. First the company was open only in San Francisco and all of its partners were not working. Second their Customer Service was non existent and they did not have a single email address for me to at least speak to. Finally their Support person told me that I needed to change my password because my account was now outside the country and he couldnt help me because I changed my password while I was on vacation I was out of town. Overall it has been an ongoing nightmare trying to get help from them 1 from San Francisco County 2 from different locations around the US 3 from multiple accounts He fist experience that things were going bad before and now they are just as bad after their first customer what kind of customer service do you wantI originally used fixswift.com as a professional computer support site for years

But this website is terrible.This website is a scam. It doesnt provide any help other than to fix the computers and then give them a new software image to keep the machine running. I would not recommend anything to anyone on this website.

But here are a fewidont leave a review if youre not comfortable with the look or feel of it. Fixswift.com is a terrible company that customers have left bad reviews about since they didnt take them seriously enough. They provide no services and are just an organ for wanton destruction and Judicial Watchs Tom Steyer had this to sayThe company seems to be dedicated to putting profits ahead of customer service which is unfortunately not something I would recommend using your time or resources for. Do not use this site or its family of products.
