Fixt.co is the worst company there is for on-demand device repair and support Ive had to go through them multiple times now because my device keeps breaking and they cant seem to fix it. Every time they charge me more money than necessary and they never seem to do anything about the issue. Do not use this company if youre looking for help with your devices

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service they provide is terrible and very expensive. I had to go through them multiple times because my device wouldnt work and it was always the same thing- they would charge me more then necessary and then tell me that I needed a new device or my old one was gone forever. They also dont seem to have any idea what theyre doing when it comes to fixing devices- often times the solutions they give are just going to make the problem worse.

However I have sinceovi that this is no longer the case. Company fixt.co is nothing more than an scam. If you want to know what kind of service they offer look around other websites or search for fictitious.

.coI just got a fixt.co account and started using it. I was so happy with the first experience I had until they suddenly stopped adding new devices. This is not like Fixt.co. They should be ashamed of themselves.Im really bad at customer service but I made the mistake of starting a fixt.co account and then they didnt make any changes to their support policy because of the start-up ticket I sent them.

.coIm not a long-term customer and had no results coming back. Ive had to go through different companies to get my phone fixed and even then it was a waste of time. I dont think that what Fixt.co has is actually real device repair. Its more like support for on-demand devices that need repairs. But the service is cheap and they always get my phone fixed - so I might try it out some other time.
