I have never worked with this company before and Im not sure what they do. They claim to be in the business of IT Consulting but Ive never heard of any such thing. They also claim to be in the business of IT Security but I havent seen anything about that either. Their prices are really high for what you get and their customer service is terrible.

They are in the business of IT Consulting IT Security and IT Procurement Services but they are apparently not very good at any of those things. Their website is incredibly user-unsatisfactory and their services are absolutely terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am not sure what the company flagshipnetworks.com is all about but I have no love for it. Its been setting myself on fire with their other services but this one just doesnt feel like something I would trust my data with.The customer service is good if you need assistance with a problem or two but I didnt get any feedback on how they solved the problem. I dont think they were that friends with this problem because they never took the time to troubleshoot it.I did not experience any problems using their software and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The site is always cluttered with different companies and their customer service is horrible. never received a response from a ticket its always like they dont have the time or theyre too busy working on something else. Overall Ive had better experiences with other sites.
