I was very disappointed with this company. I ordered a flash digital studio and it didnt even come close to meeting my expectations. The website was very customer service oriented but the product arrived almost two months after I ordered it and the software wasnt even installed. Additionally there were several errors on the software installation sheet that I had to corrections myself before finally having it installed. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive had a lot of problems with this company. First off they never seem to send out the proofs that they promise. Second my orders keep coming back as undeliverable because there are errors in their designations of what the product actually is. Third I have had to go through multiple rounds of customer service because each time they just dont seem to care about their customers - even if they do send out the proofs promised. Finally Im almost done with my project and then all of a sudden its cancelled without warning - again without giving me any notice or explanation. Basically I wouldnt recommend this company at all
