Dont waste your money on this company. I bought two printers from them and the first one started up fine but the second one wouldnt print anything. The tech support was useless and they wont do anything because its their policy not to help customers with their printers that dont meet certain requirements. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

"I Was Extremely Disappointed With The Quality Of My"

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of my prints from Flex Imaging. The prints were very blurry and not as high quality as I had hoped for. Additionally the customer service was terrible. They would not help me fix the issue and instead told me to email them. I did not even have a chance to contact them until after my order had shipped. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

for a WeekFlex Imaging is terrible My printers are going crazy with no notice at all. Im not sure what their business model is but its terrible.I recently received a National Managed Print Services NMPS and was hoping that this would put my printers to sleep for a week. Unfortunately this is not the case. My printers are continuing to operate like never before but I completely understand why they are doing this It gives the staff at F Flex image control over the shop. As long as I am patient I can almost guarantee that the images will be good. If you are looking for a print shop that will allow you to get your graphics in without having to worry about the day-to-day running of the shop then look elsewhere else until you find someone that actually wants you inside their business.

Fleximaging.com is a terrible company that does nothing but promise to make your printers more efficient and save you money. They never meet either goal and instead just help themselves to the money theyve made by doing things like charging for services they were not originally supposed to be responsible for. Additionally they always seem to be trying to offer something new to their users yet have no idea how to actually use their site or what they can do with the results. Overall I would not recommend using this site or its products.
