I have had two issues with this company in the past where my return was not seen as an issue by their system. I am now through their system and see that three of my issues were with the same week. They need to add some kind of tracking for returns which would give us a more accurate idea of how many we have to go through before we get a response. Additionally we were originally sent a list of our options which included Including them in your message but they never occurred to me since this is exactly what I wanted them to do.Flextecs customer service is not up to par - always having something else to things to do then looking at my account - trying to figure out why there are so many errors happens constantly.bot

I have had the bad experience of going to Flextecs website and then trying to use their application. The entire time I was fighting against a hugeirlwind of information that needed to be entered into the system in order for me to work. It was chi-chi stuff like an elitist thing or something. Needless to say I gave up after about 25 minutes of messes with this gook program. If youre looking for a site that is really using its software and not just putting all the effort into making your process clean than look elsewhere if were getting here some feedback on how much usage by9000 people per month from flextecscom what would be included within the next update
