The company Flexum is in the business of design-led product development and engineering. Unfortunately their customer service was terrible. I had to contact them multiple times because they would not listen to my suggestions or follow through with my orders. They were also very difficult to work with. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

and design Ive had a bad experience with Flexum.io and I cant say that I recommend them to anyone. The customer service was terrible and it was really frustrating. The product they created is nothing to write home about and their engineering team is terrible also. Overall I think they are part of the problem here - theyre too good at creating software but not at actually providing service.

Their customer service is also quite bad. They are always quick to provide feedback but they never seem to use it well.FlexumOJ is a decent company when it comes to design development but their customer service is terrible.
