Flip Lease is a scam company that prey on the elderly and vulnerable. I leased an apartment from them and quickly found out that they do not have any experience in modern property management. Theyfailed to meet my expectations by numerous ways including not properly renovating the building making incorrect repairs and even leaving mold inside my unit Needless to say I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Do not use this company They are terrible at managing properties and care about nothing but making you lose money. I have had to management my house for 3 years now and still cant seem to get the property done right- it always seems like theyre trying to charge me more than necessary or just dont do their job well. Save your money and avoid this company altogether

Flip Lease is a terrible company. They are not in the business of caretaker Modern property management which is why they have no idea what they are doing. Their website says that they provide a unique and convenient online platform for managing your properties. Unfortunately this is not true at all. Flip Lease does nothing but take your money and never delivers on their promises. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Flip Inc. is a company that specializes in management of caretaker properties. This user review is to say that the service is poor and that the staff are unprofessional. The staff are also known to be very impatient and often dont allow users time to resolve issues within the property. Additionally the staff is also known to be one of the most individualistic in their treatments an approach to management of these businesses.

"I Was So Excited To Receive My New Caretakers Modern"

I was so excited to receive my new caretakers modern property management service. However within the first week I had one large job and two small jobs. One job took us multiple days to do because of our specific instructions. The other job took us less than an hour to complete because we were following the companys instructions. Im really not sure what the problem is. Its not our responsibility to fix this up. But we will see if we can get someone to look at it.
