Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is terrible as well. I had to contact them multiple times to get my order done because it would take forever. Once it finally got done the product was terrible and I had to return it. Avoid this company if you can

I just bought a website from company floripadesign.com and it was a terrible experience. The website was designed so poorly that it looked like a simple project had taken years of work to get things going. I even gave them feedback until they finally started developing the site. Nothing happened. I sent them customer service multiple times but there was never anything back from them. I even provided their phone number and they never called me back. So I decided to give up on this product and find something else to buy from them.

I was a little overjoyed to find out that we were onlypaths from our original product Criao de Sites Lojas virtuais e apps and could order it through company floripagesign.com. The first time we used company floripagesign.com we had an out-of-this-world experience using their products. We ordered a few things on this website and everything we received was beautiful and perfect for our business goals. But unfortunately the customer service was terrible. The representative I spoke to was absolutely terrible and didnt seem to understand how what she was saying made sense. She just seemed like a very compounded version of the problem - trying to answer questions while people were listening in on chat because she couldnt hear them or wasnt able to do it in person. She never listened to us and just said Yes. After speaking with her again heinally stopped operations due to this employees unethical behavior.
