I have also had to call their customer service multiple times to get help. Its been years since I had to badger them about their services. They still havent given me what I needed. If you are looking for a good value try another company.

.I just made an order from company flow2code.com and it was processed quickly but the phone is not working hard AND its a new phone so there are probably some similarities between my old phone and the one Im using now... either way Im going to try to do something about it because I dont want my money back... The user has a new phone but the old OneCare app is still installed on it which is strange because OneDrive is the only service they offer for free.
