FNS1.com is a terrible company that provides managed IT services. The service is very poor and it is extremely difficult to get any help from the company. I have had to call several times and each time I am treated poorly by the customer service representative. The entire experience has been very frustrating and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two jobs at Falcon Network Services. One where I was working on the go-getter and one where I was working on the less organized. Both places were completely different than each other. Instead ofocating myself to be in the past or doing something specific I started off working with them both and it just got harder and harder to do either one. The work atmosphere is also really low when you are sick or tired. You can see what your doing in their systems and it looks like they are always trying to put a hand on me but Im not going to let them do that. Falcon Network Services is definitely not a place that I would recommend to others.
