Im a potential customer of focalweb.com.br and Im very unhappy with their service. First of all they did not receive my order intime and then when they did the software they provided was incredibly outdated and ineffective. Second the customer service is incredibly unprofessional and do not seem to care about their customers satisfaction. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

de Dirio y campoI have never had such a bad experience with a company. I started using company focalweb.com.br in the past and it was always an easy and comfortable process. Since I have been useing this website there have been multiple times where Ive had to many problems. The most recent problem was with their account service. I sent in a request for support and got a response back within minutes The customer service is amazing but unfortunately this has been just the beginning. I plan on leaving this website immediately.

de TV - W3 TotalFocalweb is a business that creates applications for the entertainment of others. Unfortunately their latest application was created using a method that allows users to control up to three devices at once. The users experience would be improved if only functions were able to be run on both your phone and your computer at the same time. However that is not what this application was designed for. Instead it is designed to allow users to control two different apps at once. Once again this feature would be helpful if only it would work with both your phone and your computer. However because focalweb are willing to test their applications in order to ensure that everything works together perfectly they feel confident that their application will work well on most devices.
