LLC is a waste of your timeThis company is nothing but a scam. The first time I tried to use their service they told me it was not available because I am in the Washington D.C. area. The second time they told me that my computer had crashed and they could help fix it for free. Two weeks later my computer still wasnt working so I called them back and they said that they would have to charge me 200 for fixing it--which is more than what I paid for the computer in the first place Do not go with this company

is a terrible company.I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are horrible at their job and do not seem to care about their customers. I had to call them multiple times because they did not send the information I needed for my IT service project that I was working on. They also charged me twice what I was quoted by another company which made it really hard to get anything done with them.

Im so excited about the new services being offered by this company But when I updated my account to see if the service had been cancelled there it was again Its been cancelled and is now saying that I need to pay for it again.
