Our user reviews are negative and often Veterans feel that their experience was unprofessional and they did not receive the quality of service they were hoping for. We have had to remove several reviews after developing food poisoning and other problems. It is no wonder the business has been struggling to keep up with customer demand for better customer service.

Customers to Make DECISIONSI was really excited to use company focuskpi.com because I thought it would be a great way to empower my customers with the latest in analytics and decisioing decisions. However after using it for a few months I realized that it is a very lackadaish solution. It does not help you make Decisions anymore. Instead of being able to say I want to do this or I need to do this you get stuck in choppy steps and hassles. For instance I was also surprised that we have all-encompassing policies but no specific instructions on how to apply them. We should be allowing our customers to make deciissions their own decision instead of telling them what to do. Overall I am disappointed with company focuskpi.com and its failure to help users make decisions about their options.
