Focustsi.com is a terrible company with terrible customer service. I called to ask about my order and the person on the other end of the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I didnt receive my order until after it had already shipped and then it was nearly 2 weeks late. The whole experience was very frustrating and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just came back to focustsi.com after a few years of using other services. The customer service is horrible. Im getting letters and emails trying to get me to change my password. I even got one where the customer said I needed to beroot for three days before I could log in again. This company is just terrible at customer service.
