You can see this right away when you first visit the site. The layout and design are basic and unprofessional. There is no search bar or contact information on the website. It is almost as if this company did not care about their users as they did not in fact create the site. In addition the customer service line was extremely slow in getting back to you. They also seemed to be happy with their current listing and were not always sure what to do with new customers. Overall I would highly recommend avoiding this company followupcomunicacao.com.br.
