"I Have Had Two Issues With"
Fore A Partners, Inc., Review Specifics:
I have had two issues with company foreap.com and it is not what I expected. 1 I received a phone call from the customer service cell phone number only once during the day because they were dealing with so many calls 2 I was able to get my money back through customer service but even though I wanted to they couldnt complete the return process without me there as an available person. All you can really do is give me some examples of how someone might be unable to do something while on vacation or when away from their home country due to political changes. The best way to describe it would be like being stuck in between a rock and a hard place- trying your best but unfortunately not enough happening for us customers expectations ourselves included. Thank you for making this system available going beyond our controls which were always great.
