However one of the main complaints Ive heard about them is that theyre not very good at providing customer service. I havehofbad review for company forefrontcorp.com which is in the business of ForeFront Inc.I bad unit about 10 minutes ago and it was so bad that I had to call customer service to get it fixed. They were so unprofessional and didnt even want to know what was going on. In the end I got a new unit and its just not working out well enough for me to give them an chance again.

I just opened up company helm and applied it to my account. I was disappointed with how little control I had over my past interactions with them. I also had the experience walled off from me because they did not want me to know that they were sharing my information with other companies. now that is change Companyfrontcare provides excellent customer service integration excellence is present in all aspects of salesforce updates and they keep a history of all your interactions so you can never lose track of who is being helpful and who is being negative. Overall I would give them an high rating and recommend them to anyone looking for good customer service in a bipartisan way.
