"This Company Is Terrible. I Have Had"

This company is terrible. I have had to call them 3 times now because my Apple Enterprise Support account is being ignored and they wont help me get it fixed. First time I was told there was no problem and the second time they said the support team had been busy and couldnt help me. The third time I called them and someone answered the phone - it was a girl who said she works for this company. She said that my account hadnt been received in their system yet and she would be happy to help me get it right away. But after talking to her for about 20 minutes I realized she wasnt even from this company - she was from another one nearby that specializes in Apple EnterpriseSupport. So dont bother using forgetcomputers.com if youre looking for help with your Apple Enterprise Support account

I have never had such terrible service from Apple. ForgetComputers.com was very unhelpful and did not seem to understand what I wanted or how to do anything. In the end my computer stopped working and I had to go through their customer service line which was even worse.

I would not recommend forgetcomputers.com to anyone They are terrible at customer service and will not do anything to help you with your Apple Enterprise Support issue. I had a problem with my computer and they said it was my fault and that I needed to get a new one. I did not believe them so I went ahead and got a new computer anyways because I was afraid of them. The next day my old computer died and forgotcomputers told me that it was my fault because the battery had died This is just ridiculous - if their goal is to make money off of customers then they should be more honest about it.

I just opened this email and saw that my account has been canceled. I have used forgetcomputers.com for a year and a half and have had great experiences. This is the last thing I needed from here.I am sorry to hear that forgotcomputers.com has been having issues. We are currently working to get an IT team in to help and provide support. We hope to have everything back up and running by midday tonight.

I have had two computers there and was very disappointed with them. The software they offer is nothing to write home about and the hardware is terrible. I never received a single call or help from them and my computer was just stupid. Save yourself the hassle and get somebody else to do your Apple Support.
