The woman who helped me was so incompetent and unhelpful that I ended up giving her my credit card number and telling her to contact me if there was anything she could do to make things better. I was extremely disappointed with the Fortimize.com website. The first thing that caught my attention was the very low quality of the graphics. Second there were no descriptions of what exactly Fortimize offered or what it would do for me in my financial relationship with my bank. Third there were no examples of how I could start a relationship with my bank by using Fortimize. Finally there was no information about how to get started or how much money I would need to spend to receive some benefits fromFortifyme

This company is a waste of time and money. I have been using Fortimize for about 4 years now and have built up a good relationship with most of the staff. However this year they have done an outstanding job in creating a very can-t miss feature which isrenewal options for accounts - but unfortunately they have had the last word on how things are should be. Forever combining old and new options into one faceless entity just makes sense but Fortimity andFort are not it. If you want to improve your financial situation look somewhere else because Fortiegeo is better than this

The customer service is terrible too- they are always busy giving away free products without even trying to offer a solution.Fortify has great customer service but their financial services relationships are terrible as well. They offer no real solution or solution that works for my needs so I would recommend steer clear of using this company.
