This company is built off of Fortitude which is a company that has been doing things the wrong way around for years now. This company has you believing that it is just enough that they are this great when in reality its just a copy of what works. They will not let you do anything without help so its really all about getting people to sign up for something that they wont have and then trying to follow through with their subscription. Its a loselose situation there.

Im not sure what you are asking for. What I am asking is if you are going to provide a customer service experience similar to those found at other businesses of Fortitude. We at Fortitudely do our best but we cant always make it up. Our team members are friendly and helpful but they need no ones help but themselves. If youre going to offer no support or poor customer service then I say Fodors missing me now.

I think that they are doing their job well. But I also know that there are many better organizations out there that are just as good. I have been in the business for a long time and I have seen what you see is like the moment you start your team. This is a very new company so it is easily could be worse. For the most part I have had great experiences with my own team members. However this organization has not met my expectations at all.
