I was extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a Virtual Reality headset and it arrived quickly but without any protection against the sharp edges on the sides of the helmet. Once I put it on I found that there were several sharp edges all around the inside of the helmet. Needless to say this was not a safe product to use.

The company has made a lot of good contributions to the virtual reality industry but its user reviews show that it does not care about its customers or its own safety. In fact the company has done everything possible to Eruptly sell out its customers and expand into new markets. However it seems that this is not yet possible and it will need to start from now.The customer service in the company is poor and they offer no support for their customers issues. The company presents a negative outlook for the virtual reality industry and it needs to change its business model if it wants to be in with a chance of success.

GameI was really disappointed with the customer service I received. I called after getting a refund and was told that I needed to contact customer service again because I had moved my game and they were not able to find it. I did not realize that my game was gone for two days. When I contacted customer service they were unable to help me out and said that they would send a replacement game if I wanted one. They also said that the VR app might work with this game but it does not and now its saying that the game is too hard.

creationI have never had such a terrible experience with a company before. Thevr was great help when I got my first Vive but then all of a sudden it was like they didnt know how to use it and the software was just awful. Im not sure what their problem was because everything about the Vive was amazing except for the software. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
