This company is a complete waste of time and money. I have never seen anything as terrible in my life. The website looks like it was made in the 1990s and there are so many errors on it that its hard to keep track of whats actually going on. The customer service is laughable too. They will tell you something and then backpedal when you ask for proof. Do not bother with this company

I have had this company provide my water Jr. Water tested and clean it for me once a month for the past year. I have had to call them multiple times because the water is not making when I hit the seek button. I have also had to call them because of their communication issues with my water filter. Overall they are a decent company but they need to do better in their customer service.

The only good thing about this company is that they offer great services such asUtiltyva utility and technology solutions firm illinois but every time I contact them the customer service representative is always polite but unhelpful. I have spent hours trying to get these problems resolved and its all been a waste of time and money.
