Do not use this company. They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is horrible. I have had to call them multiple times to get my issue resolved and the last time it was because someone left their phone in the car - so dont even think about using them

I was this companys customer service provider twice now and they have not improved one bit. I have sent multiple emails and talked to their support staff only to be told that I cannot help because I am no longer the customer but a client. Now they are just trying to cover their head with a band and tell you that it is your fault for not helping Do you know how many of my requests for help were due to Unknown Rights Inaireh from customer service who said We do not answer questions about customer service. Get off my phone

I had a bad experience with company fpd.ro. The customer service was terrible and they never seemed to care about her. The software she needed was very slow and there was no way to change it. The design was also terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is terrible in every way. My software was designed by a company this guy and its just gotten worse and better since I bought it. The software is basicly just a word-form thing with a few different types of fields and its incredibly easy to get lost in the interface. The customer service is terrible as well. They are always quick to tell you that you need to be located somewhere else or that there is something wrong with your software but they never do anything about it.
