is a scamI recently had the misfortune of trying to order from Franwellsite.com and I have to say that it was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had The website is very user-friendly but once you start browsing through the products available you realize that theres no reason at all to make an purchase. The prices for items seem incredibly high relative to what you would find on Amazon or other similar websites and there are also a number of fake reviews online which make it even harder to decide whether or not to buy anything. Overall I would not recommend this site whatsoever - if youre looking for a good deal on home goods try another source instead

I am not sure what the problem is but it is clear that they are not able to resolve problems from my end. I have told them everything and they still do not seem to understand it.
