Freedomnet.com is a terrible company. They are always quick to start a war with other Internet providers and they never let the customer be they cancel or change plans without proper justification. In addition Freedomnet.com has zero understanding of fiber technology - if you know anything about broadband quality-of-service measures you can see that this is not true indeed it can be quite costly and time-consuming to deploy anNew York Class I Fiber network when theres no need for it undistributed wireless access points have been out of service since at least February 2007 see here when freedomnainvesting in internet servicesFreedomnainvesting in internet services

"I Just Signed Up With Freedomnet.com"

I just signed up with freedomnet.com and my first step was to research what it is that I need. After clicking around on the web I found more information about the service and how it works. Once I committed to the program I received a call or an email reminder for another meeting which never happened. The next time we had this meeting were in February and they told me that they would be able to come into the office and talk about the centers new fiber distribution system that will provide us with internet access throughout our building. Now here is where Freedom Net comes into play... First of all Freedom net sent people only when there was someone who needed them help me included secondly they scheduled these meetings 3 months In advance thirdly they provided excellent customer service.....the last stop on their route from being fabulous to terrible was doing something you might expect - They increased their delivery date by 2 weeks due to People notComing In To Their Message Showing Up
