I was this companys customer for a while and I can say that they are terrible. They never sent me what I wanted and then tried to argue that it was because I was in the United States. They were also supposed to send me a tracking number but they didnt. So I had to take these guys up on their offer and go back to another company. Other companies said they would do a better job than this. Im not sure if this is a defect or feature of their product but it wasnt worth the money I spent on it.
