Do not use this company. They are terrible at remote employee assistance and business process outsourcing. I have had to email them multiple times for things that should have been taken care of by their team and they never get back to me. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ive been working for company for about 4 weeks and its been pretty much the worst experience Ive ever had. The front desk helpers are completely unprofessional and they dont do anything right. Theyre always trying to take advantage of their customers and this is especially true when it comes to remote employees. Its become a regular problem. If youre not getting the work youre supposed to be doing youre probably not doing it right. Sorry I wont be returning here.

I have had problems with this company before and I will say that they are not doing their job well. The remote employees are not working hard and the business process Outsourcing Croatians are often lazy and dont seem to be productive. Its frustrating because we need their help but they likely do not want to work on a remote system because it makes it difficult for them to get work done. Also Front Desk Helpers is often slow in getting back to you. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
