This company is a scam. I never received my software and when I asked for my money back they said that I had to contact their support team. In reality their support team is only available in English. So if youre looking for a good set of cloud software tools to manage your data and life sciences projects look elsewhere.

and AutomotiveI have had some issues with my account being not connected to a password. I contacted customer service and they said they would try to find a new password for me to use. After about a day or so of having my account off line they told me that the problem was with my login and not the software themselves. So overall Ive had two accounts with FrontierBPM in the past 2 years and both times have there been issues caused by lack of security consciousness.anian wrote Im glad to hear FrontierBpm has started TOE- Referral program for customers who provide their airsofts while playing video games. However we need more than just referring people to our services We want our customers to meaningfully contribute to the platform and make it work for them. Its why we are making theReferral program available to our customers who play PubMed studyb over 5K per month

I was this companys customer service agent and I should never have been given to you in the first place. Your calls and emails were always polite but when I would send a message to customer service they would not allow me to send a message back because they were always busy with other customers and there was no response from customer service. So I had to email them multiple times just to get someone to respond. There was also very few responses from customer service and it really got on my nerves.I ended up quitting the company because of this issue.
