I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel my order and they said it would be 50 more because they were going to ship it anyways. Then they said they wouldnt process the order if I didnt want it because the content was moving. They said that wasnt their problem And then when I tried to contact them their phone number is already taken

Fsenet.com is terrible Theyre in the business of products move when content flows and they dont do a good job. I had to contact them to ask why my email was being sent to multiple people at once and then they said it wasnt their problem because I hadnt subscribed to their RSS feed. Terrible company - avoid if you can

I purchased a service from this company and it was as if the content had flown out of my account. The moving process was difficult to track down what so ever. I finally got it under control with a support ticket and they said that was the only solution for the specific situation. But in all honesty I would not recommend this company to anyone.
